[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide intermodal program and grants management software for the ability of external users to access the GDOT-IPMS to input and upload data for use in system this information will be used to develop much of the electronic deliverables and functionality to be provided to the department in the GDOT-IPMS,
- Aviation program specific- provide for airport sponsor entry of FAA required 5-year aviation capital improvement program,
- Aviation program specific: provide for the review, prioritization, and acceptance by program staff of project applications from the submitted FAA required 5-year aviation capital improvement program entries,
- Provide for the review, prioritization, and acceptance by program staff and division leadership of project applications,
- Provide for the prioritization, generation, review, and approval by program staff and division leadership of program of projects (a listing of intermodal projects) based on approved project applications,
- Provide for grant management allowing the input, by program staff, of approved grant information and grant management data,
- Provide for the development of preliminary information to allocate project funds and to develop a project contract based on information from the program of projects and grant and state funding information including, but not limited to, project number, project description, work items, and state and federal fund sources provide for an automated review and approval workflow for program staff and division leadership,
- Provide interface with the department’s contract authorization tracking system (CATS) to submit approved cover letter and contracts into CATS,
- Based on the approved program of projects and division and program needs, provide for a method to enter and track asset data to manage and inventory all division, program, and state and federally funded assets,
- Aviation program specific: provide for a method to enter and track airport inspection data, milestones and activities,
- Provide for an application of retention schedules to all documents across the GDOT-IPMS.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 30,2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
