Government Authority located in Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for advanced metering infrastructure system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced metering infrastructure system that include,
- Entire system must be hosted,
- System must be turn-key, including installation,
- System must be a push network delivering interval data on the interval,
- System must use IP based Backhaul options,
- System should utilize smaller LANs minimizing hops,
- The system shall maintain time synchronization for all meters, nodes and other devices, connected to the network,
- All AMI meters shall be uniquely identified in the network,
- All residential electric AMI meters shall provide a minimum of 60-minute meter reads delivered, hourly,
- All C&I electric AMI meters shall provide a minimum of 15-minute meter reads delivered as interval data pushed from each meter,
- System shall have capability to provide on demand readings as desired,
- All AMI meters shall have the ability to monitor and report voltage, and report the data in a manner that allows the utility to react to the information,
- The system shall support remote programming capability of endpoints,
- The system shall support two-way communications,
- The system must have demonstrable evidence of being able to report over 75% of outages
within 2 minutes,
- The system will have demonstrable evidence of being able to restore 90%-meter communication
within 5 minutes,
- The system shall support remote disconnect and reconnect for residential meters,
- The system shall support near real-time power quality data to support distribution engineering
analysis, and other distribution system applications,
- Billing and voltage data for every electric AMI meter shall be delivered to the head end at least
once per hour,
- Polyphase AMI meters shall deliver power quality information to the head end at least once per
hour,
- Meters shall pro-actively report outages and restorations in real time, without relying on polling,
- Outage messages shall include a kWh reading at the time of the outage,
- Provide ongoing system support which includes a dedicated, on-call, account manager.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 30, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
