[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ownership identification of short term rental identification service tourist accommodation properties within unincorporated County including short-term rentals (STRs). County ordinance requires STR operators to obtain an annual permit for each location. Permits are valid from January 1 through December 31 of the year in which issued, Internet-based list of active STRs, updated at least monthly, A list that includes only properties in unincorporated Fayette County, Full address and contact information for all identified STRs, On-going monitoring of STR properties for signs of rental activity to the government authority located in Fayette, GA.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 4, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
