[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Event Media Partner to provide public awareness messaging via radio and associated partner maintained multimedia platforms, to promote our National HIV Testing Day event. For added convenience and to reach more individuals, the County Board of Health’s STD/HIV Prevention Program observes National HIV Testing Day on the Friday following the national observance day. National HIV Testing Day unites healthcare partners, health departments, and other organizations to raise awareness about the importance of HIV testing and early diagnosis of HIV. Our goal is to ensure people get tested for HIV, know their status, and get linked to care and treatment services, increase awareness of National HIV Testing Day and Disseminate messages about the benefits of getting tested for HIV, knowing your status, and getting linked to care and treatment services. Meet with Board of Health staff to gain an understanding of National HIV Testing Day and develop radio and digital strategy to include a various of time slots,
• Use station talent to record two (2) 15-second and two (2) 30-second radio spots. MBD will provide approved text. Topics will include:
• National HIV Testing Day
• The benefits of getting tested for HIV, knowing your status, and getting linked to care and treatment services
• All pre-recorded radio spots will require final approval by DCBOH prior to dissemination
- This year’s event will be held Friday, June 28, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 21, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
