[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recycling collection and disposal services for residential and commercial solid waste to secure curbside collection services for refuse and recyclable materials in the incorporated areas of the city to the government authority located in Covington, GA.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on May 29,2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 6, 2019.
(4) The contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
