[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide library system required to compile selection lists and to purchase, catalogs, process, box, store, insure, and deliver materials on the date specified in the signed agreement.
- Interfacing with evergreen in order to provide selection lists, acquisitions services, shelf ready cataloguing, processing, and invoicing
- Provide a web-based online bibliographic database that interfaces effectively with evergreen to facilitate the creation of profiled selection lists and the subsequent orders
- Ability to provide a broad comprehensive spectrum of library materials in formats and quantities to meet the needs of a library system.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 6, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 13, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
