Government Authority located in Savannah, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for security services and alarm system installation.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security services and alarm system installation for the City of Savannah municipal cemeteries to the government authority located in Savannah, GA.
- Cemetery recording systems: a clock with key stations or other suitable tamper-proof date, time, and location recording system shall be installed at the vendor’s expense to record the precise times, dates, and locations of all security guards within scheduled cemeteries
- Mobile telephones: all security guards must be equipped with operational vendor-provided mobile telephones at all times while on duty, able to report immediately to 911 and to the vendor, or the vendor’s representative on duty, at all times while on duty
- Records: all security guards must complete daily security logs and incident report forms as necessary per their shift.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 28, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than Jun 10, 2019.
(4) The term of the contract shall be two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
