[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide restroom management system to capture the number of people entering and leaving the restroom and recording that for reporting purposes.
- Capture the entry and exit of housekeeping staff through a check-in/checkout function for reporting purposes.
- Capture customer feedback in the restrooms that will indicate their satisfaction with the restroom Reporting capabilities to view this data over time.
- Dash boarding capabilities to show real time and historical restroom usage patterns, satisfaction patterns, and housekeeping check-in/checkout patterns over various timeframe.
- Alerting capabilities (dashboard/email/text/etc.) to set tolerances for things such as % satisfaction alerts, number of restrooms uses since a housekeeping visit, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 29, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
