[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual solutions to purchase audio-visual components on an as-needed basis to the government authority located in Dallas, GA.
a. LED screen with HD resolution and minimum size of 70,
b. Multiple points of touch for interactive components,
c. Bundled annotation interactive software of Xpress with any software licensing fees included in the price (no added software licensing fees post initial purchase),
d. Wireless capable,
e. Ports: RJ45, multiple USB, HDMI (in or out), VGA (in or out),
f. Built‐in audio solution with speaker and in or out ports
g. Accommodates computer connection and multiple operating systems (list bundled interfaces on bid pricing sheet),
h. All necessary cabling including 50’ HDMI cable and second HDMI and USB cable,
i. Options for both wall mount and stand installations,
j. Five‐year minimum replacement warranty with no shipping, support or other additional cost to PCSD,
k. Product literature (brochure or cut sheet) for the panel must be submitted with proposal response,
l. All above ceiling installation equipment and materials are to be plenum rated.
(2) A contract term will be for five years.
