Government Authority located in Canton, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for enterprise security camera monitoring system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise security camera monitoring system to the government authority located in Canton, GA.
- The system shall be used to monitor movement in and around buildings and surrounding
properties including but not limited to parking lots, storage buildings, fenced lots, etc,
- The video capture, storage and distribution of images shall be achieved using a series of IP cameras, analog cameras, and networked control and storage devices,
- Users will be able to access the video images from any computer or mobile device connected to the District’s network with appropriate log-in capability,
- Secured remote access is required, seeking a turn-key solution including, but not limited to, a software management platform, cameras, cabling, mounting hardware, storage, licensing, documentation, technical assistance, maintenance and training,
- Phase I – Selection of a comprehensive, scalable, software platform that is future ready,
can support the existing fleet of cameras, and meets the needs,
- Phase II – Additional Cameras based on CCSD assessment of needs,
- Camera requirements: Additional camera options should include, but are not limited to:
- 360-degree options,
- Facial recognition,
- Motion detection,
- Audio recording options.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 24, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 31, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
