- Manual control for coarse travel,
- 1-axis positioning stage for sensor/tip (Z axis):
- Closed loop for fine travel,
- 30 microns of motion for fine travel,
- Feedback control for fine travel,
- 25 mm of motion for coarse travel,
- 95 nm step size or smaller for coarse travel,
- Computer control for coarse travel,
- Adapter plate for sensor amplifier,
- Adapter plate for mounting above positioners appropriately to an optical table:
