[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide software management and operations software for our animal shelter.
- Adoption or reclaiming of impounded and surrendered dogs, cats and other domestic animals
- Transfer dogs and cats to rescue groups and other shelters
- Foster program, tracking and reporting
- Enforcement of the Athens-Clarke County Animal Control Ordinances
- Information regarding lost or found pets
- Investigations of allegations of animal cruelty
- Public education on a variety of topics related to animals
- Public safety from dangerous or seriously sick or injured animals and at-large dogs - Software management expectation will meet the following criteria:
- The system must have configurable fields to track and report all information for Intake and
Outcome (Visit) including all domestic and wild animals.
- Include the ability to create a detailed animal profile with licensing, medical records, and
microchip.
- The software must have the ability to network with other surrounding communities and display
the Animals up for adoption. This should include the ability to see the profile entry, foster care,
and medical records for any animal up for adoption.
- Tracking of community cat traps, deposits, and charges.
- Custom build reports, documents, and kennel cards
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
