[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide American sign language interpretive services companies to assist with various translation and interpretive needs within the North-eastern Judicial Circuit Court System inf languages of American Sign Language, Akateko (Mayan of Guatemala), Korean, Q’anjob’al (Mayan of Guatemala and some parts of Mexico), Quiche (Mayan of Guatemala), Spanish, Vietnamese.
- The Courthouse is looking to have a pool of interpretive services contractors that can perform these services for the Courthouse on demand as task orders arise.
- Estimated cost based on our current needs
- Estimated cost for other offerings made available by the company
- A sample of the company’s process for submitting a request for an interpreter
- The company’s invoicing method / process
- The company’s cancellation policy
- Language / Translation Abilities
- The company’s process for hiring interpreters including:
o Certifications each interpreter must possess
o Training each interpreter must obtain / maintain
o Professional experience required of interpreter
- The successful bidder(s) will be required to have personnel on site to perform any requirement.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
