(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services for Energy conservation, to include time devices, caulking and retrofit measures, Door replacement, Replace or refinish wall surfaces, to include painting classrooms, Provisions for handicapped to include drinking fountains, lifts, and ramps, Restroom modernization (including handicapped), Rewiring, Relighting, New Ceiling, Provide new weather tight roofing system, Casework, Provide new complete HVAC system, Regrade and seed courtyards; mill and retop asphalt parking and drives to the government authority located in Macon, GA.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 24, 2019.
