Vendor needs to provide individual counseling program services for brief intervention counseling (4-6 sessions) to address depression and other co-occurring disorders, may include Communication skills, conflict management and shared decision-making, therapist will explore parenting and relationship skills as necessary, counseling may include identification of further need of counseling, must display proficient computer skills and data system knowledge, contractor must be knowledgeable about all relevant laws, regulations and policies regarding social service provisions, reporting requirements, data practices and client rights to the government authority located in Macon, GA.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
