[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outside grant writer consultant services to the government authority located in Covington, GA.
- Explore and write request for funding opportunities, Federal State and Local
- Identify, define and develop funding sources to support existing and planned program activities as well as coordinate the development, writing and submission of grant proposals to third party entities
- Consultant is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data on performance of programs activities that are funded by third party public and private sources
- Responsible for identifying grant opportunities, managing the grant development and proposal process
- Write grant proposals as requested in time to meet deadlines and prepare the proposal for submission
- Attend meetings necessary to accomplish the required work
- Research and identify grant opportunities based on funding amount needed, location and organization project
- Track and create a calendar of grant opportunities including deadline dates and required materials
- Consultant is responsible for submitting copies of all grant applications and related documents to the Grant coordinator for processing
- Maintain chart of grant applications, including grant applied to, status of application and grant deadline
- Ensure prompt acknowledgement of foundation gifts.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
