[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide parking management and LPR system for comprehensive Parking Management System that includes, but is not limited to a hosting solution, citation issuance management, citation appeal management, parking permit management, mobile citation enforcement, customer/driver web portal and license plate recognition capabilities.
- streamline the parking management process; prior to the current system, tickets were hand written and balances manually placed into the Banner system
- implement an all in one parking management system with an integrated License Plate Recognition module
- Ability to generate balance statement letters
- Customer/Driver web portal
- Ability to identify vehicles by make, model, and color
- Excessive citation/boot/towing notifications/alerts to Parking Enforcement Officers
- Task scheduler based on predefined times for citation escalations
- Mobile citation enforcement device location tracking
- Electronic chalking real-time synced across all enforcement devices
- Import/Export data capabilities with Supplier hosted database
- Web based software that provides back end users to upload photos and documents
- Ability to configure search criteria to a predetermine identifier
- Ability to resell/reassign voided parking permits
- Ability to pre-program events or time frames that deviate from preset regular parking regulations.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 4, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
