[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Darien, GA.
• General cleaning services and light maintenance to including the following:
- Empty waste receptacles and replace liners as needed, sweep floors and baseboards, vacuum carpets, dust mop and wet mop floors, trash removal, office recycling, clean and sanitize: counters, desks, doorknobs, light switches and sinks, wipe tables and clear trash in cafeteria during and after breakfast, wipe tables and clear trash in cafeteria between lunch shifts and after lunch, graffiti removal, hard floor buffing, scrub, strip and seal work, replenish paper towel, toilet paper, and hand soap dispensers, clean walls and partitions and all other contiguous surfaces dust and wash columns, doors, and door frames, vacuum upholstered furniture and full rug areas, spot clean carpets, wash windows, clean ceiling areas, overhead pipes, wall fans, pictures, plaques, wall or ceiling diffusers, file cabinets, bookcases, scrub and foam restrooms.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 25, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 1, 2019.
(4) The term of the contract will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
