[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation study consultant services Compensation Study Consulting to the electronic records and signatures is being sourced through an electronic sourcing tool approved by the department of administrative services and all suppliers’ responses must be submitted electronically in accordance with the instructions contained to the government authority located in Georgia.
- Develop steps within grades to support appropriate pay distribution for position classifications with incremental steps
- Develop compensation guidelines to support and sustain the compensation philosophy, BOR policy, and deliverables from the staff salary review
- Develop resources that plot all positions by grade and incumbents which include demographic information to support assessments and related activities
- Update the compensation and benefits web content related to compensation policies and procedures, staff salary review updates
- Create communication updates for consistent delivery of information for the institution at large, senior leadership, and other constituency groups.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
