[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide speed detection camera system to the government authority located in Jonesboro, GA.
- Provide and install all signage and equipment related to the program,
- Provide the with the ability to live stream video from camera feeds,
- Provide software for the approval and management of citations, review of video
and input of data,
- Provide software for accessing automated license plate reader features
- Be a high definition motion picture camera system that uses only infrared for lighting,
- Provide traffic data for speed and volume based on the time of day,
- Video system capabilities shall be maintained at all times without regard to school calendar or the volume of citations generated at any location.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 10, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 17, 2019.
