[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide aerial photography, lidar and survey services
- Aerial Photography:
- Photography captured during leaf-off season (January thru March), and at appropriate time of day for optimum sun angles to enhance data collection,
- Photography captured using a factory certified, calibrated digital metric camera,
- Photography captured at an altitude no greater than 1500’ Above Ground Level (AGL), with 60% forward overlap and 30% lateral overlap,
- Photography captured to provide Global Positioning System-Inertial Measurement Unit (GPS-IMU) output data,
- Photography captured to provide color imagery, with geo-referenced sister file per image,
- Aero Triangulated (Bridged data) .prj file to be used in Match A/T of the subject project,
- Ortho Rectified geo-referenced imagery and a Mosaic of the subject project,
- Aerial Lidar collected with a lidar sensor capable of providing pavement data to an accuracy of 0.10’ or less horizontally and vertically. ground accuracy of 0.50’ or less. lidar unit should have a weapons grade inertial measurement unit and should have global navigation satellite system global positioning system and global navigation satellite system capability.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
