[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide sign language interpreter services for employees/students/clients who are deaf and/or hard of hearing to include special programs/events, individual employee, student or client sessions, group meetings/discussions/briefings, sponsored public events, complaints or legal proceedings, emergencies/evacuations, classroom/instructor-led/on-the-job training, deaf culture awareness training, basic ASL training, etiquette training for use of interpreting services.
- Interpreting for individuals in a variety of settings (i.e., interviews, career counseling, performance evaluations, discussions with supervisors/staff, technical/non-technical on-the-job training, health/safety/security briefings, workplace disputes, complaints or legal processes, investigative interviews, formal/informal staff meetings, formal/informal training, conferences, ceremonies, medical/emergency events, sponsored public events, etc.).
(2) This bid is set aside for Total Small Business.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
