Government Authority located in Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for human services case management software.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human services case management software for the system shall allow for at least 50,000 participant’s data to be stored and monitored as required,
- The system shall allow the ability to create standard and custom reports, dashboards, caseload summaries and activity reports,
- The system shall allow for entry of participant data and allow for any corresponding updates,
- The system shall be able to update or allow for manual data entry for participant data at the same time,
- The system shall have the ability to allow multiple departments to enter data without error (or system malfunction,
- The system shall allow use by at minimum 100 users simultaneously without performance degradation or system malfunction,
- The system should allow the user to view and create caseload summaries to display participant data, caseworker information, partner, program information and other information via export to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, on screen, and email,
- The system shall allow the import of our external data via Excel, TXT file or other formats,
- The system should allow the assignment and tracking for referrals to third party service providers,
- The system shall allow the user to communicate updates within internal AH departments, external users, and service providers,
- The system shall allow for the navigation between participant modules, case manager, case load data, and 2-way referral processes without performance or system connection issues,
- The third-party service providers should have the ability to access the caseload data inside the system,
- Ability to export and import data, including data exchanges with AH program 3rd party service providers and service providers,
- The user shall be able to export data from the system without restriction unless it is role based.
(2) An event conference will be held on September 9,2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 12,2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
