[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide external audit services to determine whether the general-purpose financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the governmental activities, any future business-type activities, the blended component unit,
each major fund, and the aggregate remaining fund information, and the changes in financial position and, where applicable, cash flows, and the respective budgetary comparison for all major governmental funds involved, in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles,
- To obtain an understanding of internal control over financial reporting sufficient to plan the audit by performing procedures to understand both the design of controls relevant to an audit of financial statements and whether they have been placed in operation and assess control risk,
- To plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance that the financial statements, including note disclosures, are free of material misstatements, whether caused by error or fraud, and material misstatements arising from illegal acts that have a direct and material effect on the determination of financial statement amounts,
- The auditor’s responsibility to detect and report misstatements resulting from illegal acts having a direct and material effect on the determination of financial statement amounts is the same as that for misstatements caused by error or fraud, etc. to the government authority located in Milton, GA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 30, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
