[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology systems and support services for business processes, and manage and sustain the data created/used by those various business processes to the government authority located in Albany, GA.
- project management, portfolio management, program management, system/application development, sustainment and modification of systems/applications, managing the system accreditation process, perform vulnerability management, develop RMF packages, implement and manage IT internal controls, manage and maintain daily cybersecurity operations, facilitate business process reengineering, perform IT assessments, provide analytical support, provide business analysis, develop Command IT policy, and manage Command IT assets
- Capabilities supported by these systems include logistics, decision support, supply, depot maintenance, item introduction, cataloging, retail and wholesale material management, transaction routing, warehousing and distribution, strategic prepositioning, performance management, technical data management, procurement and financial processes
- Vulnerability management, to include monitoring and tracking system vulnerabilities to completion, is a critical function of the Cybersecurity Branch
- technical expertise in the development and implementation of business solutions based on emerging technologies such as SharePoint
- enhance the SharePoint sites and instance to be a more effective channel for communicating the Command’s integrated solutions supporting our Warfighter through a deliberate planning, migration, and testing initiative
- analyze processes with an understanding of logistics problems and develop, propose and present solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.
- prepare and present presentations to high-ranking officials.
- create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating change to impacted business teams.
- develop metrics and reporting capabilities in addition to trend analyses and prepare reports on system performance.
- evaluate existing systems and user needs to analyze, design, and recommend system changes.
- communicate with internal/external parties to provide oral and written status updates, analyze simple to complex problems and determine possible solutions to technical and procedural issues that may arise.
(2) Contract period will be one year.
(3) This bid is set aside for Competitive 8(a).

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
