[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commissioning agent services to the government authority located in Savannah, GA.
- Review the owner’s project requirements and basis of design,
- Develop and implement the commissioning plan,
- Confirm inclusion of requirements into construction documents,
- Develop and verify system test procedures,
- Maintain an issues log,
- Prepare the final commissioning report,
- Complete LEED Online documentation for commissioning credits,
- Conduct a commissioning kick-off meeting.
- Develop construction checklists.
- Develop system test procedures.
- Verify system test execution.
- Maintain an issues and benefits log throughout the process.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 23, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2019.
