[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate medical services for develop, maintain and deliver services in compliance with a medical service delivery plan that addresses all aspects of providing inmate care, including the preparation and implementation of clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to the government authority located in Canton, GA.
- comprehensive internal quality management/improvement program which includes ensuring that all services are in compliance with applicable accreditations and the conducting on-going evaluations of compliance in performing against its policies and procedures.
- A tertiary care hospital facility for treatment of those inmates requiring medical/surgical trauma services otherwise not available at a general hospital. - contain a section that identifies a detailed plan outlining how cost savings will be achieved through the on-site medical services program and off-site referrals to a preferred provider for necessary medical/surgical treatment.
- contain a section that identifies at a strategic level how staffing requirements will be managed, the role of corporate support, reporting relationships and how both planned and unplanned absences will be addressed.
(2) A mandatory site visit will be held on August 14, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
