[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide incentive compensation model consulting services to maximize staff potential. Our strategic plan includes the development of an organizational structure that provides for and implements an incentive based compensation model for employees using a metric-based scorecard to evaluate merit, for this consulting engagement will be a Comprehensive
Incentive Compensation Model that is tied to each specific job description, corresponds to annual
evaluation criteria unique to each position and provides a quantitative measure upon which to
base an annual monetary incentive earned through performance results
- I. Review of Current Organizational Structure – an analysis of existing organization structure
with recommendations for revisions based on transit industry benchmarks and/or standards
- II. Development of a Comprehensive Incentive Compensation Model to the government authority located in Savannah, GA.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than September 24, 2019.
