- Doxycyline 100 mg/ml liquid, 240 ml bottle, Metronidazole 50 mg/ml liquid, 240 ml bottle, Buprenorphine SR 3 mg/ml, 5 ml bottle, Cidofovir ophthalmic drops, tube, Nitenpyram liquid 22.8 mg/ml, 240 ml bottle, Dewormer--pyrantel/praziquantel for cats, 480 ml bottle, Dewormer—45.4 pyrantel/ 45.4 praziquantel/ 50 mg mebendazole for dogs, 100 tabs, MUST be tablets.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 12, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
