Vendor needs to provide construction and financing development design services to the government authority located in Cochran, GA.
- Site development: the proposer shall be responsible for developing the site to include any storm water retention that may be required. proposer will assume all costs associated in developing the site to accommodate the new facility,
- Design: The approved floorplan is attached and there can be no alterations made to the plan,
- Constuction: the project shall be constructed on a turn-key, design-build basis,
- Financing: The proposer shall provide complete financing for the project.
