[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide external investigative services include determining the most appropriate investigative method relative to the type of complaint or allegation, conducting an objective and thorough investigation or fact-finding; collecting and preserving all relevant evidence, providing regular verbal status reports, and interim reports when required, meeting with the appropriate CCPS staff to discuss case strategy or other pertinent issues, drafting a comprehensive and detailed written report to document the allegations, actions taken in furtherance of the investigation or fact-finding, findings for each allegation, and any recommendations, meeting with CCPS representatives to provide a debriefing on the results of the investigation or fact-finding; and participating in administrative hearings, in court, or other official proceedings that result from the investigations to the government authority located in Jonesboro, GA.
- CCPS will approve the final format and requirements of reports provided to document the investigative process, but reports would generally include but not limited to the allegation or the employee conduct being investigated, the investigative methodology and procedures utilized in the investigation, individuals interviewed, evidence reviewed, the credibility of the individuals
interviewed and documents reviewed, actions taken in furtherance of the investigation, the facts gathered during the course of the investigation; and the investigator’s evaluation of the facts; a determination if any of the Districts policies or standard operating procedures (SOPs), state or relevant laws have been violated.
(2) A non-mandatory conference will be held on July 16, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 18, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
