Government Authority located in Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for hosted voice and fax services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide self-managed voice and fax services to a hosted environment to the government authority located in Georgia.
- Hosted Voice and Fax solution should reflect the proponent’s extensive knowledge and experience within the communications industry to recommend a creative solution that will meet or exceed the school district’s requirements and service features at a cost savings, proponent must transfer current equipment functionality into their hosted solution, proponent must provide six-digit dialling between rooms and facilities; call forwarding, both inside and outside of the system; call routing system; call transfer and redial; caller id for both the caller and receiver, provided the receiver has this feature enabled on their phone, support online billing, must allow CCPS to withhold payment on disputed charges, without penalty or interest, until disputes are resolved, provide monthly management reports to include contract compliance, invoicing, billing summaries, trouble ticketing, usage, and service inventories.
(2) A non-mandatory conference will be held on July 10, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 12, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
