[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-call consultant for planning, zoning, transportation and urban redevelopment services needed include, but are not limited to the following,
- Conditional Uses, Modifications (of previously approved zoning conditions or master development plans), Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Variances, Appeals,
- Comprehensive Transportation Plan updates and amendments,
- Urban Redevelopment Plan,
- Establishing Impact Fees for Commercial and Industrial Developments,
- Unified Land Development Code updates and amendments to the government authority located in McDonough, GA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
