[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide park planning architectural on-demand services to consult on design
services in an on-demand basis to the government authority located in Tucker, GA.
The City wishes to establish a list of qualified consultants to be utilized
on an as needed basis for tasks and studies outside of the capabilities of City staff. The City anticipates areas of service to include but not be limited to:
1. Master Planning
2. Site Development
3. Park Design
4. Streetscape Improvements
5. Pedestrian Circulation (sidewalks and bike facilities)
6. Gateway projects
7. Green Infrastructure
8. General Landscape Architectural Design
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
