[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Media monitoring, tracking and analysis on-line data-base retrieval services.
- Web-based system include access to a nationwide media database portal for all media types (print, e-news, internet, broadcast (TV and radio), blogs, Twitter and Facebook) used to deliver media messages to the public access to a minimum of 170,000 news sources to be inclusive of North
America’s small towns for traditional media, capability of simultaneous access to the online platform (10) users with 24-hour, 7-daya- week access, access to a minimum of 210 U.S. markets for traditional media, each division (10) will have its own profile folder with related search terms, access to full text from news articles for non-subscription-based services, tracking of print, e-news, internet and broadcast (national and local) media (to determine whether key messages are reaching target audiences) which includes reach, frequency, Neilson rating, publicity value, media mix and tonality of coverage and geographical impact when requested, monitoring of print, e-news, internet and broadcast (national and local ) media (to determine who is covering CDC issues) using keyword searches, media/inquiry tracking (media activity management), capability of RSS feed and ability to add sources to the database on request, access to TV video clips for broadcast items, access to natural language processing technology to evaluate current coverage and target journalists covering specific topics, capability of Boolean logic to search for specific topics of interest, capability to tag for sentiment and/or tonality of media coverage, access to an electronic tool to build and customize newsletters designed to keep internal leadership and employees updated on relevant news within the center, capability of analysis of competing messages, ability to create media lists and distribute press releases and scientific materials (via email or fax), unlimited distribution points for e-mails and faxes, unlimited archiving of article clips and press releases, capability of searching media database retroactively (more than 90 days) and daily update of contact information for media outlets (national) in system.
- Social Media Interactive Dashboard (inclusive of Twitter, blogs, Facebook), access to top/major blogs, Twitter and links to journalists’ Twitter handles, access to trending stories, access to links/clicks from posted social media items, number of followers of all NCCDPHP twitter feeds and unlimited keywords for social media searches.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
