[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design services consist of the preparation of conceptual and preliminary design drawings as well as construction documentation for the construction of a prototype training center and EOC for the fire department to the government authority located in Augusta, GA.
- The prototype plan will be revised to suit the requirements of the various locations while retaining the core floor plan and construction details.
- Construction documentation is to include site, architectural, landscaping, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other disciplines necessary to construct the facility.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 11, 2019.
(3) A mandatory pre-qualifications conference will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019.
