[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communication and public information services.
• Create a more business-friendly image by promoting businesses in the city.
• Promote the parks and access to the silver comet trail.
• Focus on the small-town, close-knit community feel. A large group of people moved from larger areas and love the City.
• Share more information from local businesses. From list of businesses with all social media channels, follow them and share their content with the community.
• Prepare and issue periodic press releases, flyers, reports.
• Include more photos from events, things going on in city, etc.
• Share past photos, bits of history, facts and tidbits, etc. because people love the city’s history.
• Create separate Facebook pages - one for city government and official business designed for residents and business owners, and one that's for visitors and residents alike.
• Update and maintain current content on marquee signs and website. Work with website provider for fresher look.
• Work with signage provider to update and refresh wayfinding signage.
• Design an email - distribute it to those subscribed to the city’s “news flash” and build a content calendar of events, scheduled business promotions, updates, etc.
• Promote via a post on the news section of the website.
• Develop seasonal and timed hashtags and themes for use throughout the year to help promote the city as the place for residents and businesses to locate but maintain the city’s small-town charm.
• Identify and promote key areas of potential growth and development.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
