[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tenant development service for bring an amenity service to occupy the leased space within the central library currently under renovation, during the library hours,
- Contribute to the vibrancy of the library building as an important contributor to Downtown’s activation,
- Improve the visibility, foot traffic and functionality of the Library operation for the benefit of the public,
- Reinforce the connectivity between the Library and its urban surroundings,
- Provide innovative ideas on the retail service to increase the community engagement,
- Provide excellent customer service,
- Expects the tenant have enough financial resources to design, furnish and operate the space on a profit and loss basis that the tenant will accept any losses, retain any profits and pay all rent and expenses in a timely manner to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 18, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 1, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
