Vendor needs to provide IT services include network security; IT procurement and inventory; communication; network management; help desk; ERATE and other federal grants and testing to the government authority located in Douglasville, GA.
- Communication include manage, program, source VOIP, manage, problem solve connectivity to internet, program bells to match bell schedule, manage, program, cull email lists, distribution lists, groups and manage, program, problems solve all 2-way radios.
- Network Management include manage and analyse network for speed and stability, manage, program, problem solve WAP using Aerohive platform, manage, program, problem solve network switches (Aerohive), manage, program, problem solve all servers using hypervisor Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and Print Servers.
- Help Desk include respond/resolve help tickets within 24 hours, provide onsite and offsite support and maintain accurate records of communication/resolution of all help desk needs.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
