Vendor needs to provide IT support program to monitoring of the network, servers and end user computer work stations, provide security for the entire system, provide maintenance for servers, work stations and printers at all city locations, provide end user software and hardware help desk that includes remote and on‐site support, provide standard set up and installation of new end‐user computer equipment, provide data backup and disaster recovery for all city computers and servers and provide server partitioned into 4 Windows servers VMs with MS SQL Server, installed on one and MS IIS installed on another to host Tyler In Code 10 software, Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Office 365 to the government authority located in Social Circle, GA.
