[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services includes installing storm sewer, relocating fire hydrants and water meters, converting the existing clayton street from three travel lanes to two travel lanes, installation of new curb and gutter, installation of new street and pedestrian lighting, replacement of the existing traffic signal system, installation of new street trees and tree wells, sidewalk and paver replacement, replacement of fiber optic network, including all staging, traffic control, grading, demolition and all other necessary appurtenances to complete the project to the government authority located in Athens, GA.
- Project will also include related activities to ensure appropriate pedestrian and traffic flow patterns and accommodations as well as the planning and design of the relocation as necessary of all utilities.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on May 16, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 23, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
