Government Authority located in Atlanta, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for world language assessment services
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide world language assessment services for the development of objective assessment items for use in Fulton Virtual School’s online German, French, and Spanish courses in collaboration with the district’s subject matter experts including asynchronous, competency based online program that supports students in Fulton County Schools FCS using an ala carte access model. FVS currently uses vendor hosted course content to deliver most of its curriculum. The program does offer some client hosted course content and custom-built courses using the Blackboard Learn Learning Management System, Open Educational Resources content to build twelve world language courses to host in Blackboard Learn and potentially other platforms in the future to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 26, 2019.
(3) The contract term will for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
