[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide locally hosted voice over internet protocol technology solution to replace the current telephony systems in the district that are plain old telephone service and public switched telephone network technology with an in-house, a small number of locations have a cisco based VOIP technology that is on premises and the desire is to migrate these sites into the same solution, to replace only devices that currently exist without increasing the number of handsets or lines, to acquire the services of a qualified vendor who will design, procure, train, and provide ongoing support for a VOIP telecommunications solution, the proposed VOIP solution must meet the needs of our school district for at least the next five years, be compatible with the existing network infrastructure, include leadership and assistance with discovering the number of lines and handsets at each district location, be able to retain existing publicly facing phone numbers and internal phone numbers that now can be dialed directly, provide a complete solution for all aspects of the project including all design, planning, system architecture, installation, network analysis, training and post-installation support for the project.
(2) A Pre-Proposal conference will be for April 3, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 8, 2019.
(4) The contract term will for three year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
