[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm monitoring, testing, inspection and repair services to the government authority located in Savannah, GA.
- Monitoring services must comply with the most current NFPA 72.
- Provide 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, monitoring on fire alarms transmitted to the central station.
- alarm monitoring firm will dispatch fire alarm to the appropriate 9-1-1 dispatch center
immediately on receipt of the alarm.
- Maintain call down lists for each facility and perform call downs on receipt of the alarm
and provide appropriate dispatch response to the alarm.
- Provide dispatching special instructions as required. provide all applicable codes and contact lists.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 12, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 15,2019.
(4) A contract term will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
