[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide hosted VOIP telephone system for the purposes of transitioning to hosted VOIP telephone services, and all necessary or related equipment of any kind, as well as installation, training and support.
All stations will require a basic feature pack including:
- Voicemail
- Voicemail to email
- Call waiting
- Caller ID
- Call handling/control
- Do not disturb
- Speed dial
Advanced features will be required for stations as needed, including:
- Collaboration tools
- Chat message
- Audio/Video conferencing
- Call recording
- Call reporting
- Mobile integration
Additional requirements include:
- Desk set equipment rental
- Auto Attendant call handling
- Operator console
- Implementation and training
- Local support resources
- 24/7 call support
- Data/Call center redundancy
- 911 Dispatch Center integration
(2) Contract period will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
