[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide zoning ordinance rewrite and update services to assist thedepartment of city planning with updating rewriting the zoning ordinance. the consultant shall demonstrate experience with drafting regulations for the application of form-based zoning ordinances in a large urban context, including an understanding of regulatory concepts and issues, use of technology, graphic illustrations and the use of creative approaches for public involvement and community engagement. the preservation of the character of the neighborhood, improving urban design, creating vibrant corridors and districts, expanding transportation options, ensuring housing diversity and supporting jobs and innovation as opportunities for reinvestment in the city, and the transition between all of these areas. organize the analysis to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 9, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
