[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide playground safety audit services of total cost for providing a complete audit report, inclusive of all expenses related to travel, lodging, insurance, and administrative expenses. All records of expenses pertaining to this Contract shall be kept on a sound accounting basis. Contractor shall maintain full and complete records and such records shall be available for review until all litigation, claims, or audit findings involving the records have been resolved if such claim or audit is started before the expiration date of the three-year period by to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 7, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
