[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide shelving solution for document and record storage including Submit manufacturer’s certification that products and materials comply with the requirements of the specifications, Submit manufacturers catalog cuts, material safety data sheets brochures, Preparation, maintenance, and installation instructions and recommendations , Storage, handling requirements, and recommendations , Include any and all manufacturer’s warranties for each item, Shelving should utilize decking configurations wide deep enough to accommodate two
standard style document storage boxes or one longer style box, to the government authority located in Fayetteville, GA.
-Proposed shelving and configurations should accommodate an estimated 500 long style bankers or document storage boxes.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 7, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
