[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide common registration system for allow us to meet the needs to track, coordinate, budget, market, evaluate, measure, and award non-credit certificates and across the programs while providing system-wide information for analysis and planning, increase ease of evaluation and measurement for program outcomes and assessment across training and non-credit continuing education, improved process for managing and awarding for programs, ability to track participants across multiple non-credit continuing education programs, need for additional marketing services via the registration database to increase enrollment and maximize capacity in programs, improved reporting mechanisms from the registration database, improve our non-credit continuing education registration process and develop an infrastructure to collect and evaluate our training programs, events, and offerings and improve the experience of registration for all of our training participants and clients from around the world, ability to accept imported legacy data. describe the methodology used for importing legacy system data, ability to capture electronic signatures, capabilities to allow the creation of user defined fields, capability for administrators to bulk enroll participants into courses, ability to attach documents to courses or sections, ability to manage familial relationships, ability to manage prerequisites, ability to allow a program administrator to make changes to the program, ability to manage certificate program, ability to collect required forms and ability to create user defined registration fields.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than December 11, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
