[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide interscholastic sports and voluntary student accident insurance coverage benefits to the district to the government authority located in Savannah, GA.
- Quality, affordable interscholastic sports voluntary student accident insurance coverage to district students with access to an adequate selection of medical providers.
- Quality, affordable secondary pay interscholastic insurance coverage to the district that includes sporting events that are organized and sponsored by the district.
- Coverage will also include travel to and from sporting events with a district coach or employee riding in vehicle with students.
- Provide responsive customer service to the district’s plan administrator and all participants regarding insurance coverage.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2018.
